Sacral/Womb Dance
Join Kathy on July 24th at 10am to Noon to explore your sacral womb chakra via dance. No dance experience needed. This is free form. Our Sacral Chakra is our creativity, our birthing of life, projects and gifts. We will explore how having a balanced Sacral helps us be more creative and in touch with our Divine Feminine.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows free and easy movement.

The cost is $20. Plus there will be some extra goodies to enrich the experience.
