The New Moon is time to set intention for the upcoming cycle; this new moon occurs in the sign of Leo. Leo represents our inner light and vitality; bring your personal intention of shining your inner ligh and sharing with others to this all levels yoga practice follwed by guided meditation.
This is an all-levels Hatha yoga practice
All levels are welcome, free free to bring your own mat or use one provided by the store.
CBD gummy is optional and is included in the cost.
The cost is $12.
