Join Joleen for our Full Moon in Aquarius yoga and meditation practice! Aquarius is the sign of new thought and humanity; bring your personal intention to focus upon during our practice and whatever you may like to release to the full moon!
This is an all-levels Hatha yoga practice followed by guided meditation.
All levels are welcome, free free to bring your own mat or use one provided by the store.
CBD gummy is optional and is included in the cost.
