Join Joleen for our February Full Moon practice! The February Full Moon is also a Supermoon, where the moon is at her closest point to the Earth, heightening the energy that we will apply to our practice!
This is an all-levels Hatha based practice appropriate for all levels, including beginners.
Feel free to bring your own mat or use one provided by the store.
CBD gummy will be offered before practice.
