Join Joleen of Sacred Eclipse Yoga for a playful and energizing mid-summer practice!
"Tejas" is the sanskrit term describing our inner brilliance; it is related to our charisma and vitality and is thought to shine brighter following practice. Our theme for this practice is to bring playful summer energy to our tejas using personal intention. 
This is an all-levels Hatha based practice; we will move dynamically in and out of poses using our breath and intention. Modifications and variations will be provided; beginners are welcome!
Please feel free to bring your own mat, or use one provided at the store, and arrive a few minutes early to sign in and set up. Practice will begin at 10 am!
The cost is $15; cash or check preferred please.
